GEICO'S TOWING SERVICE IS NOT WORTH ONE PENNY BECAUSE THE BUSINESSPEOPLE WHO CONTRACT WITH GEICO TO PROVIDE SERVICES WILL NOT COME TO THE AIDE OF THE DRIVER BECAUSE GEICO TAKES TOO LONG TO PAY THESE CONTRACTED PEOPLE (TOW TRUCK COMPANIES AND LOCK OUT SERVICES, ETC.)
A YEAR AND ONE HALF AGO i HAD A BLOW OUT ON A BUSY FREEWAY. I WAS ALONE AND IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT. I CALLED GEICO AND THE LADY WHOSE JOB IT IS TO SECURE A TOW TRUCK FOR GEICO CLIENT SPENT OVER ONE HOUR TRYING TO GET A TOW TRUCK SERVICE TO AGREE TO COME TO MY SERVICE.

THE REASON (THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER TOLD ME THIS AS WELL AS THE GEICO EMPLOYEE) IS THESE CONTRACTERS BOYCOTT GEICO CALLS FOR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH GETTING GEICO TO PAY.
FINALLY THE GEICO EMPLOYEE CAME BACK ON THE PHONE AND SAID SHE FOUND ONE DRIVER WHO WOULD COME BUT ONLY IF I WOULD PAY HIM CASH AND THEN I WOULD HAVE TO GET REIMBURSED. THAT IS WHAT I HAD TO DO. 'JUST A FEW DAYS AGO I LOCKED MY KEYS IN MY CAR. SAME THING - ;ATE AT NIGHT AND I WAS ALONE AND FEMALE. I CALLED GEICO AND ONCE AGAIN THE GIRL SPENT OVER 55 MINUTES TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO COME AND UNLOCK MY CAR. SHE FINALLY SAID NO ONE WILL COME BECAUSE GEICO IS TAKING TOO LONG TO PAY AND THEN SHE SAID "i'M SORRY BUT THERE IS NOTHING MORE i CAN DO". i WAS LEFT THERE ALONE. fINALLY A GOOD SEMARITAN CAME AND USED HER TRIPLE A TO GET ME UNLOCKED. GEICO IS WORTHLESS AND I WILL FILE EVERY COMPLAINT FORM I CAN.
