  • Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer

I was involved in an accident were I was hit from behind and pushed into the vehicle in front of me, after a month the agent has not returned my calls or emails. The driver only had liability and I don’t think it should be that difficult to figure out how to divide the amount we should get back do to the minimal amount they have to work with, I lost a week of wages and tow fees out of pocket and I need reimbursement as soon as possible. At this point I am in the dark.
