I have two vehicles and renters insurance through AAA, first issure was when the policy writer excluded my son in advance from being a driver when he wasnt eligible to drived. Once he was he was still excluded, long story short. One he he received his permit we were rear ended and they did nothing. I made calls constantly and finally one week after our accident call me and tell me there was a error by the underwriting and all would now be covered. Now at the time I started this policy I explained that I wanted everything that I was paying for with my past insurance which included roadside assistance. Today I found out when I called for my vehicles flat tire that I have to pay for a separate membership. Will not be renewing in march. Cross your T's and dot your I's with AAA!
