On Wed. 01/09/2013 my car was hit by a Sentry Insured Driver who was given a ticket for failure to yield at red light. I spent 3 days trying to call this insurance company and getting only their machines with no call back. On the 4th day the adjuster answered her phone. I did all the work by gathering everything she needed to do her job. I gave a statement and waited 2 weeks for a answer. Well, I received the copy of the
estimate that I had my body shop fax to this company in the mail on Fri 01/25/2013. No letter from the company
explaining anything only this handwritten sentence. (THE FILE IS NOT OK TO PAY) This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever experienced in my 34 years of dealing with auto insurance companies.
