  • PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Service

I had an accident on June 22, 2013, my carrier was Progressive the other company was Farm Bureau when the other insurance company stalled on paying the claim and tried to tell me that I should go through my Insurance. Progressive rung their hands, shrugged there shoulders and did nothing. My Insurance in the past with other companies would have stepped in for a client not Progressive. I have no idea what they would do I they had to pay but they have not supported their client on a claim to another company .
