My 2005 Jaguar was stolen & recovered burned. I just bought this car not more than 6 months ago. The claim is being handled by SIU unit. I understand that this is a process but it has been over 30 days and still no resolution. I have cooperated as much as I am going to do, they will no longer give me a rental car but can't come up with an answer on the claim. This is my very first claim with state farm after being with them for 4 years, I also have my homeowners insurance, life insurance and car loan all with State Farm. I feel that they are treating me very unfairly, all they keep saying is this is not an easy car to steal.
