  • Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

We had a total loss fire on 01/09/2014.We have given numerous recorded statements and an examination under oath.It seems that even after all of this we are asked for more documents weekly.The fire dept.,SHERIFF DEPT AND THEIR OWN INVESTIGATOR HAVE SAID NOTHING SUSPICIOUS ABOUT FIRE.We lost everything and our finances are stretched after 6 months and no end in sight to settlement.We get no answers other than they want mor documents.The adjuster says she will get update and call,but doesn\\\'t.The attorney continues to request more documents.I\\\'m at my wits end both financially and emotionally,but they don\\\'t care.
