Aug.18 2014 Home a complete loss from lightning strike burned to the ground.Insurance name ACUITY next day they send adjuster Paul Ivey,were in shock just lost everything , he start\\\\\\\'s arguing about how much we have in refridgurator then say\\\\\\\'s get contractor\\\\\\\'s out there asap to get est. on rebiulding were at end of building season but we did got est.to rebiuld the same home,which it turn\\\\\\\'s out were under insured,we send in quote for rebuild same home 239,000 our dwelling policy covered to 214,000 so things start going bad at this point,check comes two weeks latter made out to us and our mortgage holder usbank we send to them with in two weeks they pay off mortgage then put our share in an esgrow acct for five more weeks,all the while ACUITY calling an harrassing us about building were taking to long,well it\\\\\\\'s Oct.30 2014 an will be moving into a barn were building cause to late in building season for starting a house.Were staying in a motel right now insurance paying but like pulling teeth they haven\\\\\\\'t paid any food or other expence\\\\\\\'s but there is 110,000 in a fund to live on my question is how do we get it.Since being homeless my wife has had foot surgery an I a hip replacement this has been so stessfull my wife has had to get on anti-depressant\\\\\\\'s. But here is the worse part we paid more to have complete no hagle replacement insurance. Sure hope I help other people by sharing this.
