  • Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

Since June 25, 2012, I could not get though to this company because of so called phone problems. I cannot get though to my claim adjuster to find out why I have not been paid since my on the job accident. I wrote to her to call me, nothing, when the switchboard went manual July 3rd(from automation system) they don't take messages, when transferring me to the extension no answer because that part of the phone system is not working yet but they transfer you anyway. A procedure I was suppose to have, had to be canceled because no one could get though to the company to get on approval.
