• Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer

While backing out of parking lot another car was backing out at the same time we collided at 5 miles hr. my vehicle had $2000.00 in damages due to other cars trailer hitch (pick-up).No damage to pick-up.I do not carry collision due to age of van.Other driver cited for no insurance.I have police report,and estimate (damage).Hartford told me I have no claim.Even though other driver was not insured.
