**I have United Healthcare insurance which is not listed above**

The first thing I have a problem with is my allergist put me on Claritin D 24 hours. I live here in the state of Mississippi and I am required to have a prescription for claritin D which means I must pay to go to a doctor to get this prescription and my insurance will not pay for it or even a part of it.
The second thing that I am having a problem with is for some reason I have to have a health coach call me from carewise once a month and if I am not able to take the call or I miss the call I don't get a discount on my insurance. The problem is that not everyone is required to have a carewise coach call them. What if I had a second job and I was not able to take the call? I would be punished and made to pay $106.62 every two weeks for my insurance instead of the discounted price of $59.54. This happens every single year. This January my insurnace was $59.54 by March 16th, 2012 they started charging me $106.62 because they said the health coach wasn't able to get intouch with me. Come to find out they were calling my emergency telephone number which was my boyfriends house number. I have a cell phone and never would I have ever given them the house number to contact me because I never answer or check his voice mail on his house phone.
I called them and they made me start taking the calls from the health coach and then my insurance went back down to $59.54 again. I asked them to reimburse me for what they had over charged me but they never have as of yet. I am at my wits end with this insurance company just doing whatever they want to to me.
